Ciao, I’m Kika. Your K-FORMA We Move Online instructor. 
I’ve trained in Pilates, Barre and fitness for many years, and love to express myself through exercise. 

I created this online platform to inspire you to stay active. To show up for yourself in a way that feels good. To help you set goals and stick to them.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Five spicy new workouts in our signature We Move Online class styles. Released every Sunday at 10pm AEST and accessible for 7 days only.

FIT: Monday

For those who like it hot. A circuit-style cardio workout, designed to build and maintain strength, raise the heart-rate and ignite individual muscle groups.

SCULPT: Tuesday

Toning, strengthening and sculpting - the ultimate triple threat. A fluid and dynamic low-impact mat Pilates class to power up endurance and perfect your alignment.

FORM: Wednesday

Barre meets mat Pilates in this energising full-body workout. With a strong focus on form and the stabilising muscles, expect high-reps, all-over definition and an end to the excuses. 

POWER: Thursday

High-intensity interval training fused with Pilates principles to light up every inch of you. Think lower body, upper body and core, with short bursts of cardio in between. Fast forward to see the sweat.

BURN: Friday

Glutes, thighs, abs, obliques, consider this your official warning. This booty and core burner will keep you on your toes - in all the right ways.
