Introducing the Hot Mama Challenge – a postnatal-friendly, full-body burn designed especially for mamas on the move.

We’re talking 15 days of sculpting, strengthening, and sweating it out with low-impact, high-reward workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. Just 15 minutes a day is all it takes to reconnect with your core, boost your energy, and feel like you again.

Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum—or simply looking to rebuild strength and reconnect with your body—this challenge meets you where you're at. Expect safe, supportive, and effective movement grounded in Barre, Pilates, and Circuit-style training.

What to expect

How do I sign up for the challenge?

You must be a member of K-Forma We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.

If you are already member, all you need to do is fill out this form.

When does the challenge start and finish?

The Hot Mama Challenge is 15 days long. It starts on Monday 12 May and finishes on Monday 26 May 2025.

What equipment do I need?

While all classes can be done with bodyweight only, we will incorporate options to use the following:

  • Resistance band
  • Pilates ball
  • 2kg hand weights
  • Sliders

How do I win?

At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner will receive a $300 AUD cash prize. To be eligible to win, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Be an online member
  • Complete the registration form below
  • Complete all 10 classes between 12 May - 26 May 2025
  • Screenshot the Burn Tracker & mark off your classes as you complete them using the emoji of your choice! After each class, share a post on social media and tag @kforma_. The post can be an image, story, video, or a screenshot of your updated Burn Tracker.
  • After each class, leave a comment on the video to let us know what you think!
  • DM your completed Burn Tracker to @kforma_ on 26 May. The Burn Tracker can be found in your challenge confirmation email.
