Welcome to the Postnatal Pilates Program—tailor-made to meet all your postpartum needs with a focus on rebuilding strength, sculpting and toning.

Including a combo of Fit circuit, Form Barre-Pilates, Sculpt mat Pilates and stretching classes, you’ll say goodbye to aches and pains - and ciao to taking back time for you. Guided by our beautiful instructor (and fellow mama) Lotti.

What's Included

7 x pilates workouts (15 minutes) Dynamic, low-impact workouts featuring a mixture of our FIT, FORM, and SCULPT pilates classes

7 x pilates workouts (30 minutes) Dynamic, low-impact workouts featuring a mixture of our FIT, FORM, and SCULPT pilates classes

7 x stretch classes (10 minutes) Targeted stretching for mobility, recovery, relief and total mind-body relaxation

Equipment Needed

All classes can be completed with bodyweight-only. However, if you have access to the following equipment, we will incorporate options to use them throughout the program:

· Pilates ball

· Resistance band

· Set of 2kg hand weights

· Sliders

Program FAQ

How do I join the program?

You must be a member of K-FORMA We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.

If you are already member, login to the platform on March 12 and navigate to the "Programs" tab.

When does the program start?

The Postnatal Pilates Program will be live on K-FORMA We Move Online from March 12th, 2024 AEST. After that, it will stay on the platform forever so you can join whenever suits you or revisit as needed!

The program is designed to be completed at your own pace and in a way that feels good for YOU. There is no "right way" to complete the program. We suggest taking it day by day and choosing a class type and duration that you feel will support you best on that day.

Will I need any equipment?

All classes can be completed with bodyweight-only. However, if you have access to the following equipment, we will incorporate options to use them throughout the program:
