What to expect
- Two weeks’ worth of intensive workouts, alternating daily between our trademark strength and pilates class-styles
- 7 x strength classes
- 7 x pilates classes
- Equipment optional: 2kg & 4-5kg hand weights, ankle weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band to up the burn. Note: you can always choose bodyweight-only for these classes, although we strongly recommend the use of equipment for this challenge

How do I sign up for the challenge?
You must be a member of K-Forma We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.
If you are already member, all you need to do is fill out this form.
When does the challenge start and finish?
The Strength & Pilates challenge is 14 days long. It starts on Monday May 6th, 2024 and finishes on Sunday May 19th, 2024.
How do I win?
At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner will receive a $300 AUD Lululemon gift voucher, K-FORMA We Move Cap and crew sock trio.To be eligible to win, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Be an online member
- Complete the registration form below
- Complete all 14 classes between May 6th - May 19th, 2024
- Screenshot the Burn Tracker & mark off your classes as you complete them using the emoji of your choice! After each class, share a post on social media and tag @kforma_. The post can be an image, story, video, or a screenshot of your updated Burn Tracker.
- DM your completed Burn Tracker to @kforma_ on May 19th. The Burn Tracker can be found in your challenge confirmation email.
Will I need any equipment?
This challenge can be done with bodyweight-only, although we strongly recommend the use of the following equipment for this challenge:
- 2kg & 4-5kg hand weights
- Ankle weights
- Pilates ball
- Resistance band
I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels.
