Mind & Move Challenge
10 days. 10 sculpting workouts. 10 guided meditations.
We created this challenge to help you move with intention, quiet the noise, and reconnect—inside and out. Each day, you’ll flow through a 15-minute Mat Pilates SCULPT class to strengthen and tone, followed by a 10-minute Guided Meditation designed to calm the chaos and reconnect with yourself.
Led by Kika & Ali, this challenge blends movement and mindfulness for a full-body burn and a clear, focused mind.

What to expect
- 10 x Mat Pilates Workouts: Targeted, 15-minute classes designed to tone and strengthen your body, improve posture, and build endurance
- 10 x Mindset Meditations: 10-minute daily guided meditations combining breath, affirmations, and mindful reflection to cultivate self-love, clarity, and focus
- Optional equipment. Add intensity with a Pilates ball, 2kg weights, ankle weights, and a resistance band

Movement by Kika
Our powerhouse of energy, Kika is a high-performance Pilates and Barre teacher known for her uplifting spirit and magnetic personality. She brings a unique mix of fun, energy, and encouragement that will leave you feeling inspired and empowered after every session.
Mindset by Ali
Ali is a mindset and self-development mentor for women, helping people transform their lives through powerful meditations and mindset workshops. Known for her compassionate and intuitive approach, Ali is here to help you connect with your inner self and tap into personal growth that lasts.

How do I sign up for the challenge?
You must be a member of K-Forma We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.
If you are already member, all you need to do is fill out this form.
Will I need any equipment?
While all classes can be done with bodyweight only, we will incorporate options to use the following:
- Pilates ball
- 2kg hand weights
- Ankle weights
- Resistance band
I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels.
