This is where the magic happens.

Welcome to the Wellness Challenge: We Move, We Fuel. 15 days worth of whole-body workouts and wholesome recipes that’ll make you feel incredible from the inside out.

We’ll focus on sculpting, strengthening and control while perfecting our alignment from top-to-toe, thanks to our blend of Barre and Mat Pilates. But it doesn’t stop there. We’ve added a new trainer to the K-FORMA family - meet Sophie. She’s a master at bringing the burn and creating a drool-worthy menu that not only tastes good, but does you good too. And she’s here to lead you through every step, squat and smoothie along the way.

What to expect

  • 15 x slow-burn workouts. Designed to build on control and alignment and led by the lovely Sophie - our newest Pilates instructor and resident foodie.
  • Barre and Mat Pilates class-styles. Alternating daily for max toning, strength and endurance and better posture and flexibility.
  • Epic (but easy!) recipes. To pair with each class. Designed to nourish, fuel your body and encourage recovery (think smashed sweet potato pizza and frozen banana yoghurt bites.)
  • Equipment and bodyweight-only options. Add a little extra ouch with a resistance band, hand weights up to 2kg, a Pilates ball, your mat and a stool or chair for support.
  • Join in at home or on-the-go. Sweat whenever it suits your schedule with K-FORMA We Move Online.

Meet Sophie

Meet the newest trainer of the K-FORMA family and your instructor for this challenge!

From whipping up recipes to teaching pilates and barre, Sophie Fisher is the multi-passionate creator behind @coconutandbliss and @burnandbliss. Based in Sydney, Sophie has loved cooking and baking from a young age - to this day, in her spare time you’ll find her in the kitchen, experimenting with delicious, nourishing ingredients. Her philosophy around Coconut and Bliss is all about balance - enjoying food while finding deep appreciation of its flavour and health benefits.

How do I sign up for the challenge?

You must be a member of K-Forma We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.

If you are already member, all you need to do is fill out this form.

When does the challenge start and finish?

The Wellness Challenge: We Move, We Fuel is 15 days long. It starts on Tuesday June 11th, 2024 and finishes on Tuesday June 25th, 2024.

How do I win?

At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner will receive a $300 AUD Lululemon gift voucher, K-FORMA We Move Cap and crew sock trio.To be eligible to win, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Be an online member
  • Complete the registration form below
  • Complete all 15 classes between June 11th - June 25th, 2024
  • Screenshot the Burn Tracker & mark off your classes as you complete them using the emoji of your choice! After each class, share a post on social media and tag @kforma_. The post can be an image, story, video, or a screenshot of your updated Burn Tracker.
  • After each class, leave a comment on the video to let us know what you think!
  • DM your completed Burn Tracker to @kforma_ on May 19th. The Burn Tracker can be found in your challenge confirmation email.

Will I need any equipment?

While all classes can be done with bodyweight-only, we will incorporate options to use the following:

  • Resistance band
  • Hand weights up to 2kg
  • Pilates ball
  • Stool or chair

I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?

This challenge features intermediate-level workouts. However, we offer modifications throughout to accommodate all skill levels.
