The Weekly Schedule

Each week, we release five spicy new workouts in our signature We Move Online class styles. This keeps your workout routine fresh and exciting, ensuring you'll never fall into a fitness rut. These 30-minute sessions are quick, impactful, and lots of fun - helping you achieve real results while actually having fun.

FIT

MONDAY

For those who like it hot. A circuit-style cardio workout, designed to build and maintain strength, raise the heart-rate and ignite individual muscle groups.

SCULPT

TUESDAY

Toning, strengthening and sculpting the ultimate triple threat. A fluid and dynamic low-impact mat Pilates class to power up endurance and perfect your alignment.

FORM

WEDNESDAY

Barre meets mat Pilates in this energising full-body workout. With a strong focus on form and the stabilising muscles, expect high-reps, all-over definition and an end to the excuses.

POWER

THURSDAY

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) fused with Pilates principles to light up every inch of you. Think lower body, upper body and core, with short bursts of cardio in between.Fast forward to see the sweat.

BURN

FRIDAY

Booty + core. Glutes, thighs, abs, obliques, consider this your official warning. This booty and core burner will keep you on your toes - in all the right ways.

Monthly Challenges

A new challenge is released every month to keep your body and mind motivated. Each challenge has a new focus, helping you stay consistent in your practice and accelerate your results. Challenges remain on the platform even when the challenge period is over, so you can revisit them as many times as you need. Let’s raise the bar and leave the excuses behind.

14 days. 14 classes. An all-over burn you’ll be cursing for weeks to come. Our TOTAL BODY POWER challenge features our most powerful upper body, lower body and core workouts yet. A combo of barre-Pilates and HIIT Pilates-style classes.

A focused - and fiery - lower body workout that’ll shape, tone and torch those glutes. 10 days featuring 10 x 20-minute Pilates mat-style classes with all the booty-burning exercises you know and love.
