THE PILATES CHALLENGE is all about moving with intention—embracing slow, purposeful movements that build strength from the inside out. Over 14 days, you’ll focus on alignment, control, and connection—setting the foundation for your best year yet.
Led by our newest Pilates instructor, Alana, this challenge is designed to help you sculpt, shape, and flow your way into a stronger, more balanced version of yourself. Alana’s signature style combines precision, form, and the power of the slow burn—guiding you to achieve incredible results, one breath at a time.

- 14 x 25-minute classes. Each with a warm-up and cooldown to leave you feeling energised and balanced.
- Embrace the slow burn. Controlled, purposeful movements to build strength from the inside out.
- Optional equipment. Pilates ball, 1kg & 2kg hand weights, ankle weights, and light & medium resistance bands to take the burn to the next level.
- For all levels. Modifications included, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro.

Meet Alana
Say hello to Alana, the newest trainer in the K-FORMA family.
With over four years of teaching experience and certifications in clinical Pilates from Breathe Education, she’s passionate about helping people feel their best—mentally and physically.
Alana’s classes combine traditional Pilates with a dynamic twist, blending strength training and intentional movement to keep you challenged and engaged. Her goal? To empower movers of all ages and levels to connect with their bodies and build strength from the inside out.

How do I sign up for the challenge?
You must be a member of K-Forma We Move Online to participate. Not a member? No problem! Sign up here and get your first 7 days free.
If you are already member, all you need to do is fill out this form.
When does the challenge start and finish?
The Pilates Challenge is 14 days long. It starts on Monday January 20th and finishes on Sunday February 2nd, 2025.
How do I win?
At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner will receive a $300 AUD cash prize and $200 AUD off our upcoming Mind & Move Byron Bay Retreat.
To be eligible to win, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Be an online member
- Complete the registration form below
- Complete all 14 classes between January 20th-February 2nd, 2025
- Screenshot the Burn Tracker & mark off your classes as you complete them using the emoji of your choice! After each class, share a post on social media and tag @kforma_. The post can be an image, story, video, or a screenshot of your updated Burn Tracker.
- After each class, leave a comment on the video to let us know what you think!
- DM your completed Burn Tracker to @kforma_ on February 2nd. The Burn Tracker can be found in your challenge confirmation email.
Will I need any equipment?
While all classes can be done with bodyweight only, we will incorporate options to use the following:
- Light & medium rubber resistance bands
- Pilates ball
- 1kg & 2kg hand weights
- Ankle weights
I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels.
