Four express challenges to keep you moving (and motivated) - no matter where in the world you are. Simply choose your focus and get ready to feel the fire.
What’s included in each challenge:
- 10 days, 10 minimal-equipment workouts (or bodyweight only if you prefer).
- 20 minute low-impact classes to suit all fitness levels.
- A combination of Pilates and Barre, with a focus on upper body, lower body, and core.
- Sweat anywhere, anytime - stay active even while travelling or on holiday.
- 14 of our most powerful upper body, lower body and core workouts yet.

Ready to kick up the intensity? Our first summer challenge, BOOTY SCULPT, starts July 31. We’ll be working on the lower body, engaging the glutes and moving with control while we focus on form and alignment.

- Set of sliders or a small towel
- Resistance band
- Pilates ball or small pillow

When does the challenge start and finish?
The Summer Challenge Series will take place between July - October. It will feature 4 different challenges, each lasting 10 days. We're kicking things off with BOOTY SCULPT which will start on Monday July 31st and finish on Sunday August 9th.
Rules and eligibility
At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner will receive a $300 NIKE voucher!
In order to be eligible to win the prize, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be an online member
- Complete the registration form below
- Complete all 14 classes between June 26th - July 9th.
- Screenshot the Burn Tracker & mark off your classes as you complete them using the emoji of your choice! After each class, share a post on social media and tag @kforma_. The post can be an image, story, video, or a screenshot of your updated Burn Tracker.
- DM your completed Burn Tracker to @kforma_ on July 9th. You can find the Burn Tracker on our instagram posts & stories.
Will I need any equipment?
This challenge can be done with just body weight OR made more challenging with the use of equipment. While it is not necessary to have any equipment to complete the challenge, we do incorporate options to use the following equipment:
- Set of sliders (or a small towel)
- Resistance band
- Pilates ball (or small pillow)
I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels.
