The TOTAL BODY POWER challenge is here. 14 days. 14 classes. An all-over burn you’ll be cursing for weeks to come.
Here's what to expect:
- 14 of our most powerful upper body, lower body and core workouts yet.
- A combo of barre-Pilates and HIIT Pilates-style classes, with equipment - weights, sliders, resistance band, Pilates ball - plus bodyweight options.
- Designed for all fitness levels, this challenge is tough but so are you.
How do I start the challenge?
Will I need any equipment?
This challenge can be done with just body weight OR made more challenging with the use of equipment. While it is not necessary to have any equipment to complete the challenge, we do incorporate options to use the following equipment:
- Resistance band
- Ankle weights
- 2kg hand weights x2
- Pilates ball
- 4kg hand weights x1
- Stool / chair
I am new to these movements. Can I participate in the challenge?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels.
