Enjoy two daily movement sessions—a morning class to awaken your body and an evening class to unwind. Our curated blend of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Meditation is designed to help you move, reconnect, and realign. All classes are suitable for every fitness level.
SCULPT & FORM: Our signature, Where Barre meets Mat Pilates for the ultimate sculpt. Low-impact, high-energy movement that builds strength, endurance, and alignment while delivering deep, full-body definition.
FLOW & RISE: A feel-good Vinyasa Yoga practice that blends breath and movement. This mixed-level flow energises the whole body and guides you back into connection and presence.
RELEASE & RESTORE: A soothing combination of Restorative Yoga, Yin, and Meditation. Created to calm the nervous system, melt tension, and gently guide you into inner stillness and peace.
Your host, Kika
Our powerhouse of energy, Kika is a high-performance Pilates and Barre master trainer known for her uplifting spirit and magnetic personality. She brings a unique mix of fun, energy, and encouragement that will leave you feeling inspired and empowered after every session.

We’ll also enjoy a day at the famous luxury Bagni di Pisa thermal spa, reconnecting and restoring in the mineral-rich waters, followed by a delicious Tuscan lunch.
