FAQ
How do I get to the accommodation?
Transportation is not included in the retreat package. You will need to organise your own transportation upon arrival and departure to/from the retreat venue. Once you pay your deposit to secure your spot for the retreat, we will send you more details about transportation options.
I am new to these movements, can I still join?
YES of course!!! This retreat is to inspire and have fun, it's for all fitness levels, all bodies, all ages and all prenatal mamas are welcome.
How many people will be on the retreat
We have accommodation that can sleep up to 13 people.
What should I bring?
Anything that you would pack with you if you were heading on vacation. Bring clothes you feel comfortable doing movement in as well as beachwear & swimsuits. We will wine and dine each night (if you want) so feel free to dress to impress ;)
Can I come early and stay longer at the venue?
